Shipping policy

Processing: orders normally ship within two business days.

Delivery: after shipping, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship: Chestnut Boxes and Holiday Boxes ship by USPS to addresses in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey only. The weekly Chestnut Share is pickup only.

Rates: USPS shipping is calculated at checkout based on box size, weight and address.

On arrival: Chestnuts are perishable. Open and refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or for packages sent to an incorrect address. Free local pickup is available at checkout, and pickup details are emailed to members. All sales are final and non-refundable.
